Dr. Tuberville

I am trying to locate Dr. Audrey Tuberville in Memphis, TN.  She is a wonderful doctor who treated my mother for glaucoma before she died.  She helped to save her eyesight.  If we had only found her earlier, she would have kept all her eyesight.  By the time of her death (99 years and 9 months) she was blind except for being able to see light and a few shadows.  I am now having problems with my eyes and would like to get an appointment to see her.  If anyone knows her phone number, please let me know.  I tried the number I had when I took my mom to see her but it has been disconnected.
