Drop of cooking oil

accidentally while frying egg, I got a small drop of cooking oil in my eye, at the time I never even felt it but the next morning I have a red blood eye, no vision problem or any pain, do I need to go to the ER or just go to see a doctor on available appointment. Is there any worries?????????

Call a local ophthalmologist, explain your situation and ask to be seen as an emergency.  If you can't do that - go to the emergency room or walk-in clinic.  Anytime you get an eye injury, sometimes even a small one, the delicate covering of the eye can be wide open to infection.  Take care of this (hopefully small) situaton and keep it from becoming a big  problems.  Our eyes are so precious, aren't they.
