Drops

When should one start medication for Glaucoma. I was diagnosed as a glaucoma suspect 13 years ago and my pressures have been fluctuating between 19-24 mmgh. My OCTs have been normal, and my visual tests as well. However, I feel as though my vision has changed and I have eye pain on a regular basis. All of my doctors have said the same thing, and that is that I am not showing any damage and putting me on meds would be premature.

Please advise

There is probably another cause for the decrease in vision.  A decrease in central vision does not occur in early glaucoma.

One test you did not mention is your corneal thickness.  Thicker cornea measure higher pressures.  I believe you should follow the advice of your doctor.
