Dry Eye, Cataracts, Both, Neither???

Dry Eye, Cataracts, Both, Neither???

I am currently on "MS watch" and am having blurry vision and floaters in my right eye since February.  Additionally, there is one TINY spot that stays in the same place when I move my eye (very top of my peripheral vision).  If I am in a dark room and look at a window, once my eye has stopped moving to look at the window, some blurry spots will move across my vision.  Sounds crazy I know!!  I have been to an Optometrist and Opthalmologist, both did a full eye exam and the first said that I have chronic dry eye with outer surface damage and the latter said I have the start of cataracts which seems crazy to me at 31yo with no family history.  Is it just me or do my symptoms not seem like just dry eye and cataracts?  I usually don't question my doctors but not sure if I should go for a third opinion :(  Any insight??  Thanks!!

It could be MS or cataract or different.

Suggest you see your ophthalmologist and ask for Amsler Grid test, Visual Field test and dilated retina exam.
