Dry eye, lower eyelid swollen, very uncomfortable

I got my Lasik surgery done about 2 months back (blade flap technology). For almost 2 months I was fine with no issues. But now, recently I have developed a problem, quite not sure if it dry eye related. I have a puffy left lower eyelid.  I am having very uncomfortable feeling - I work on computers for hours together. I am not having a normal feeling and I feel I strain to keep my eyes opened and I blink a lot.

I am using the over the counter B&L dry eye reducer drops. What do you suggest that I should do now to get rid of this problem. Its affecting my daily life. Thank you for your response in advance.

It is very important to call your Lasik surgeon and go in for an examination to be sure there is nothing that would injury the lasik flap. Also some lasik patients develop fairly severed dry eye syndrome that needs special treatment.
