Dry eye : permanent or temporary??

Hi,

I was having tired eye (blur vision for 2 months) and it started to hurts when focus on monitor.
My doctor was giving me tobradex (10 days, 6 times each day). At this time she didnt know if it is tired, we suspected it was bcoz infection.
No progress, still hurts. So I continue using visine for tired and sensitive eyes, 6 days, 5 times each day, 2 drops each). Feel better only after use it, but still hurts. However the blur started to gone, though the pain still every time i try to focus.

No progress, then I use evercyl (topical antihistamin,3 days, 3 times each days, written there not for dry eye people).
Then i start to feel my eyes a bit hot.

No progress, then my doctor tried using blue/green liquid test, boorwater, and the last was schrimet test.
Based on schimer test, it was 2 mm for 5 min. SO she assume I  had dry eye (though i dont have aby symptom of dry eye).

But since then, i am having gritty eye. SO she gave me vidsic gel, after use 3 days (3 times each) my eyes felt very hot after wake up if i forget to use it beofre sleep.

My question are:
1. Which medicine causing my eyes dry??
2. If bcoz the medicine, is it permanent or only when i use that med??
3. if bocz tired eye, is the dry eye still persist though the eye not tired anymore??

Please help anyone,
thanks :)

thanks for your reply..

I think one of the causing is stress, it makes also your eye stress and dry.
Maybe plus dry weather...
Just for information for others...

cheers-

None of the medications should cause dry eyes, it is probably an intrinsic problem in your eye.
