Dry eye problem with my new glasses

Dry eye problem with my new glasses

Can you please help where is the problem with my new glasses ?
I have only left eye vision with prescription:

OS:  Sphere +3.00        Cylinder -3.00     Axis 178

I have single-vision glasses from Costco Canada CR-39 material with Crizal Avance.

I have two new pairs but I do experience: dry eye, burning eye and after couple hours later eyestrain and headaches.

My optical centre must be exactly leveled horizontally with the centre of my eye pupil.
Before when the optical centre was located below my eye pupil centre I have also experienced pulling back eye effect.

The optical centre is leveled in the correct position, but there must be something else was causes dry eye, tired eye, burning eye effect. The two new pairs have base curve: 6.00, but the old pair had base curve 6.75.

Do you have any suggestion what should be fixed with my two new pairs ?
I have discussed this issue here with 3-4 opticians but they have no idea where the problem could be.

Dear Milano1969,

I would recommend that you seek the care of an eyeMD and bring your new glasses, old glasses with you to determine the cause of your symptoms.  You do not mention what prescription is in the right eye.  Sometimes, the high astigmatism in a glass and marked disparity between the two eyes is problematic for wearing glasses.  It is possible that a contact lens might be a better option for you.
