EYE FIELD OF VISION

I had a field of vision test in March after my stroke it was passable.  Last exam -last week showed that I have vision loss in the left half of both eyes.  I know I have a blood clot on the right side of the brain.  Is there anything that can be done besides the clot removal?  It is very frustrating as what I can "ss"" appears to make me feel inebriated.  If the clot dissolves then will the corrected vision return?   thanks for your assistance

Removing the clot would not help, the loss of half of the field of vision of both eyes is called hemianopsia and it is almost always permanent. Concentrate on preserving what vision you have and avoiding another stroke.
