EYE VISION AND USAGE OF GALSSES..


RIGHT EYE- SPH-0,CYL -0.50, AXIS, 180, VISION 6/6/
LEFT EYE- SPH-0, CYL -1.00, AXIS 10, VISION 6/6..
IS IT MANDATORY FOR ME TO WEAR EYE GLASSES ALL THE TIME? OR MAY I USE IT IN ONLY AT READING TIME & USING LAPTOP..? ANY CHANCES OF INCREASE IN SIGHT..? I'M FOLLOWING THE NATURAL DIET..

At age 23 totally optional. If help you see better and you want to see better wear them if not help you see better you don't like wearing them no problem.

Sphere 0 means you are not nearsighted (myopic) or farsighted. You have a small amount of astigmatism which means the cornea is not spherical. Some people with glasses like this wear all the time and they find helpful while others don't wear at all and find them uncomfortable or not helpful.  So you have your choice to wear or not to wear.
