EYE floater and sport

Hi Dears;
May some body answer my question about eye floater and sport exercises.I have an eye floater for 4 years(specially in my right eye and recently I see some floater sign in my left eye too).I usually go to fitness club and I guess this increase my floaters size and number.
Please let me know what kind of sports can I do without any bad effect on my eye?
Special thanks

Only an ophthalmologist that has looked in your eyes can tell you if its safe for you to play contact sports.  Non contact sports such as walking, swimming, biking are usually okay

Dear Sir Dr.Hagan
Special thanks for your time to answer my last question.My right eye injured in handful practice 4 years ago.in the first visit Ophthalmologists didn't discover any retina detachment. After some times some floaters appeared in my right eye and extended to my left eye(just some small shadows).fortunately I don't have any spark in my eyes too.
Up to now I visited two ophthalmologist and they convinced me this is no serious problem and I just have to live with these shadows.One of ophthalmologist agreed that I have fitness practicing such as weighting and working on horizontal bar and tow but another Dr agreed on light sport such as light running ,climbing and swimming.
I want know your useful recommendations.
special thanks and your helpful answer would be highly appreciated.
