Eczema under eyes

I think I may possibly have eczema under my eyes. My bottom lids are red and very dry, the skin tends to peel if i don't moisturize but even when I do they are still red. Is there any cream or medication that could prevent the redness while moisturize at the same time?

This type of problem can be difficult to diagnose and treat  yourself.  Suggest you see an ophthalmologist to look for possible causes and rule out any type of blepharitis, excema, allergic dermatitis, infection or other problem.  Treatment can be specifically aimed at suspected problem or trial and error.  For now try to avoid any medicated creams, especially neomycin containing ointments or drops - because allergy rate is very high and it's hard to know which one to use without proper knowledge.  Try some type of hypo-allergenic moisturizer and keep well away from eyes.  Go see ophthalmologist and he/she may be able to prescribe allergy drops or possible a mild steroid cream if needed.  Good Luck.
