Electromagnetic Interference Protection and LCD monitors

Adding this filter (if it is a filter) combined with thin, UV blocking lenses raise the price of a pair of glasses way too much. Concidering that the LCD monitors nowadays produce much less EM compared to the old CRTs, does the advantage worth it? Talking about more than 8 hours pc usage per day.
