Epsicleritis or something else?

Dear Doctors

As I have mentioned before I've been to numerous eye specialists and best clinics doing topografy of the eye and all other tests..but this condition that I have they can not figure out??Is very frustrating knowing that there is no help out there..
I am begging all people strugling with similar condition to put any comments how to deal with this as is making my life at work very very sad and difficult.
My problem started 2002 out of the blue sky like tunder strike and is affecting me only left eye at the moment and my left eye is having better vision.I suffer from mix asigmatism and I did LASIK 2009 with good results.
I dont have problems with vision at all.
My biggest problem is chronic inflamation of left sectoral part of the eye and with this I am obligated to put vasoconstrictors that get the red out but this only works shortly like 1 hour or so ....is very frustrating
I been some time on FML drops also works for short time but after I stop redness come back ..I ve tried also diclofenac drops and they help me the best actualy but also after some time I have like blured vision after using them.
At this time I am using artificial tears and sometimes diclofenac drops when redness is so bad...

Please let me know if anybody have similar problems...and check my attached picture of the eye

Please if anybody can answer or discuss this condition???
I was checked by several cornea doctors and they checked all in and out they can't figure out what is causing this condition ....Is just chronic inflammation that get worse when I am using computer or trying to focus is like constant eye strain but only left eye and very sectoral as it shows the picture???
It gets better after using drop of diclofenac reducing inflammation but this is just  helping temporarily, and after this come back.
I am now going to try homeopathy treatment but I dont know how much this can help will give it some time.
Is very frustrating knowing that this condition is not in medical books and doctors know only what they teach them by the book once something is out of the frame they are clueless!
