Eye Care

I am adult. I just got a private health insurance called United Health Care. In the application i told them i have no preexisting condition.Would my insurance still pays for to see pediartic opthamologist and perfoms eye muscle surgery.

Thank you very much. I just call my insurance company. They told me that they are going to review it and let me know.. My insurance start Nov.1,2011. If they do cancel it. Can i find any  pediatric opthamologist in my area for low-income family. I live in Miami,Fl.

I mistated what I was trying to say. If you had a preexisting eye condition and your said you didn't have one then the insurance company likely will NOT pay for a certain period of time   JCH MD

If you lied about the eye problem likely yes. You need to discuss this with your insurance sales representative. You may be able to file an amendment.
