Eye Care

Hi
I have hard yellow lumps in the corner of both my eyes,  the yellow seems to be spreading on the underneath of my eye balls.  I have been tested for liver problems and I am not diabetic.  What is this and how can I either get rid of the lumps and the yellowness or how can I stop it from getting worse?
