Eye Fatigue

I have serious eye fatigue and have to lay down to close my eyes several times a day, I also have light headaches behind my eyes. I have seen 3 eye Dr's to make sure it's not a vision problem. I do have droopy eye lids. Can you tell me if eye lid surgery may be a solution?
