Eye Pain

At the end of June, I went to Optical Express to see whether I could have laser eye surgery as I am shortsighted and sick of wearing my glasses. I was have quite large pupils but was given tropicamide to enlarge my pupils. Later on that day I got a severe headache and severe eye pain and photophobia in both my eyes and went to A&E. My pupils were still very large after 8 hours and I got told it would go away in a few days which the headache and the pain in my right eye did but still continued with severe eye pain in left. I saw a Neuro-Opthalmologist and he said everything was fine so I got a second opinion which also said the same thing but suggested I see a Neurologist who said I had become over sensitive to pain so put me on Nortriptyline but as I went to 5 tablets a night I started getting a dry mouth really badly so my doctor  put me on amitripyline but I got to five tablets a night without any relief and side effects so my GP decreased the dose. My GP has tried many eye drops including Chloramphenicol, Fucithalmic and now Diclofenac Eye Drops. My GP does not know what is happening and I am at my wits end with the pain. I have a complicated medical history which includes, Primary Immunodeficiency Disorder called Mannose Binding Lectin Deficiency, Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, PCOS, Underactive Thyroid, Asthma, Bile Salt Malabsorption, Mild Scoliosis, Subtle Murmur and Fibromyalgia. Can someone please help?
