Eye Power is Increasing (Cylindrical)

My spect number is increasing steadily from last 2 years, particularly cylindrical number.

My age is 25 and I am using spect from last 8-9 years. but in last 2 years my power is increasing fast. Could you please tell me how can I reduce my eye power or at least I can keep it constant.

My Vision Details
For left eye :
Spherical Number is = -3.25
Cylindrical Number = -1.5

For Right eye :
Spherical Number is = -3.75
Cylindrical Number = -2.0

What are the possible reasons so that my cylindrical number is changing? and Is is possible to remove cylindrical power or how can I keep it constant?

My son is having a cylinderical number in both eyes. He is just 3 years old.
L -3.50
R -3.00

Pls suggest the remedy to remove the cylindrical number.

The cylinder power is astigmatism and is likely mostly determined by genetics.  There is really nothing you can do to alter it unless you have surgery or do Ortho K treatments (which I don't recommend - another subject.)  Sometmes, very intense frequent reading like for law school or post-graduate education can stimulate your eyes to get a little more nearsighted and it is also important to wear only the prescription power that you really need and no more.  Keep a watch on your astigmatism numbers to make sure they don't continue to change a lot.  Keratoconus is a condition where cornea becomes weaker and unstable and you can get very severe astigmatism.  If numbers got a whole lot worse in the future it would be important to rule that out - but again you would likely have much worse astigmatism than you have now.  Your mom and dad (genetics) are mostly responsible for your current prescription.
