Eye Problems! Help!

I'm going to start off with that i slept in my contacts the whole summer.I take allergy meds.I had a window ac in my room. Also i didn't get a lot of sleep.I woke up one day and i had black and white curtain or spiderwebs.So if anything i look at it would appear to have black and white spider web or shade of black and white that would never go away. Also my eyes are VERY dry at night even if i put the jell tear drops in my eyes.I went to my local eye doctor and they said there was nothing wrong with my eyes.I also went to an eye specialist he said something(i can't remember he seemed to be in a rush)but it was like permanent eye floater that can only be fixed with surgery he told me.

I would not recommend surgery for your floaters. I am not sure why your eyes are so dry considering your young age. You probably have some other problem.  Please get a second opinion.
