Eye Rashes

A couple days ago I woke up with a red rash below and above my eyes.  It is not sore to the touch, or itchy, it just looks extremely horrible.  I have no history of having anything like this in the past, so I have no idea why this is happening.  As far as what could be causing this, the only new products I have been using in my eye area is a mascara that I just got called Blinc mascara. However, I have been using a sample of this mascara for awhile now with no problems, and I have used this mascara in the past without this happening.  Could this new mascara that I just bought possibly be tainted somehow?  I have been using a new concealer for about a week and a half, but I feel like this would have happened sooner if I was allergic to it at all.  Can someone please tell me what they think this could be from and what I can do to get rid of this as soon as possible?  I would be so appreciative.  Thank you so much.  Have a great day.

Its much more likely the concealer than the mascara. Stop the concealer as well as any perfumed soaps around the eye. Use warm compresses. It should clear within a week. Use a different type of concealer.

If it persists see an eye MD or dermatologist.
