Eye Redness Problem

Hello, my right eye has some redness. It appears to have pink eye. The closest Google image I found was to depict it is: http://www.graphicshunt.com/health/images/pink_eye-2189.htm

There is no pain, but during the morning a little bit of a crust appears. Temperature on right eye is the same as temperature on left eye. So far, I have had this condition since August 1st. It was and still is only redness and crust during the morning. It has no effect on my activities or anything. It is just my right eye, my left eye is fine.

Question: What exactly is this condition? Please be very specific

I have looked it up and it seems too long lasting for most cases. For the problems I did find with matching durations, there are other symptoms that I don't have.

Also, before you say it, I will see a doctor.

I also would like to add that I live in Ontario and when I first had the redness, I was in Quebec. I am 17.
