I've been having moderate to severe pain behind my right eye and back through the right side of my head for about 3 days now. The pain is caused by looking out of the corners of my eye, mostly when moving it. This is only on the right side. My right eye also feels a bit swollen, but doesn't look any different. There is no redness, itching, vision problems of any kind, no nausea, very little dizziness. I have had sinus problems in the past.
With any "severe pain" its important to make a prompt diagnosis. Call today to see an Eye MD physician ophthalmologist today or tomorrow. Emphasize that you are in severe pain. Most Eye MDs keep spots open for emergencies.
