Eye abrasion/irritation

For the last 3 days, I have felt like something is in my eye but cannot see anything and have been flushing the eye out regularly with a saline solution.  I noticed yesterday that I have a small blister on the schlera (inside corner of my right eye).  It doesn't hurt, is not red or swelled.  I feel like there might be one under the top of my eyelid as well as everytime I blink, it feels like gravel or sand in there...again, can't see anything.  Will this eventually go away?  I've been putting heat compresses on it and that makes if feel better (and I understand the blisters..if there are any under my eyelid, will re-absorb into the eye with heat).  Again, no swelling, tearing, redness...just that annoying feeling that something is in my eye.  I'm sensitive to air movement now too since this has been going on.  Help! ;o)

I visited a doctor yesterday and there are no foreign objects in my eye or abrasions...he said I have a few retention cysts...was given Tobramycin and hope to feel relief soon.  Thank you for your advice!  It was the same my mom and dad were giving me and they wouldn't rest until I visited a doctor.  ;o)
