If you are concerned enough about your misalignment to post on this forum, surely it would be worth your time to consult a board-certified pediatric/strabismus ophthalmologist about your options.
In the past, vision therapy has been used to treat a number of problems that it cannot help. However, I believe that it can be effective in treating eye misalignment, at least in some cases. It was my strabismus surgeon who gave me my computerized vision therapy program to try out before I decided on surgery.
If you are an adult and they are slightly crossed but not a cosmetic problem then in most cases surgery is not indicated. Visual therapy is a worthless money maker for the optometric trade.
See an Eye MD ophthalmologist physician for a baseline exam.
