Eye allergies looking for the right drops

I get hayfever as soon as the humid weather starts.My eyes burn and get dry.I get stringy mucous in my eyes.My doctor gave me patanol but it only worked for 6 days.It has only .01 strenght.Would a stronger strenght relieve my eye symptoms?

Try Zaditor eye drops over the counter in USA.
