Eye bulging into orbit wall? Pics in radiology forum & in profile...please help

I've been experiencing pain in my right eyeball constantly along with constant pain & pressure on the right side of my head....not to mention migraines & chiari like symptoms for over 18+ years...can this be fixed & is there any reason this bulging would not be mentioned in the report? Only thing about the right orbit wall that was mentioned was a healed fracture... I posted 2 pics in the radiology forum, I thought I could post pics on here, but I guess not.

There are several other pics on my profile, please help me...
