Eye care, my left eye bigger

Well im 23 year old female
and i am concerned about my lefted eye which appears bigger then my right .... i have read some questions on here but i wanted to post one of my own. and this is new, i have looked at old pictures of myself.
the eyelid looks bigger, when i press over my eyelids with my finger tips, i can feel the difference much more.
i have had sharp mild pain in my left eye... times it would twitch , and i would feel sharp pain in my temple on the left side.... along with tight tension in my lefted eyebrow, i would pinch my eyebrow just to feel some releave .... i do have a weird sleeping hours... and i wouldnt say im very healthy, i dont have my daily vegs fruits or milk ...... im 140lbs .... 5'6 .....  i havent felt the tension my eyebrow for a little while ..... but i wanted to see what you thought my problem could possibly be.

In an adult apparent differences in the size of the eyes are more often due to differences in the height of the eyelid.  a droopy lid is called ptosis; a lid higher than it should be is eyelid retraction. There are many causes. Thyroid disease (Grave's disease) is quite common.

If you've read posts you know you need to see an eye MD ophthalmologist if possible an occuloplastic surgery, you need to take in 5-10 good facial photos take over the last 10-15 years and you need to have the eye MD look at your eye before any eyedrops put in.

thank you ..... i know i have to go see eye md .... I guess im just freaked out and felt more comfortable in my home behind my laptop ...... just freaked out.

i will for sure go and get a check up and tell him/her my concerns
