Eye drops for Eye infection (Conjunctivitis)

I understand that Most of the Eye infection is Conjunctivitis. There are different types of Conjunctivitis. Is there any common eye drop for most of the Conjunctivitis, which we can keep with us and use as preliminary medicine?
