Eye heaviness

I am an IT Professional and using laptop since 2 years , I have strange problem in my eyes , whenever I change my focus from laptop to open sky or somewhere I feel like nausea , and it happenes for few mins...til it gets normal.

also many times I used to get like some heaviness in the eyes , I got it checked twice and doc says its just bit dryness in eyes , nothing else , but sometimes nausea type feelign gives confusion.

What should I do..

If you are in your late 30 or early 40s this can mean you need bifocals or reading glasses, if younger it can be a sign of farsightedness or astigmatism.  You need a comprehensive eye exam by an Eye MD

I am 32 years old and got eyes checked by very sr doc who is specialist in opthlo.he said there is dryness...and I am puting ITONE eye drops.

but sometime I used to see twinkles as well , can you please suggest

Well "twinkles" is a pretty inexaact term.  Generally when people describe this they are talking about flashes  of lights in the eye. Please use the search feature to search "floaters, flashes of light, and posterior vitreous detachment" also please searach "ophthalmic migraine" and "entoptic phenomena".  These would include most of the conditions that cause "twinkles".
