Eye inflammation

My eyes are constantly inflamed at evening and night time especially when under light bulbs or around computer screens. May it be a case where bacteria got into the vitreous and causes my eyelids (the skin covering my eyes) to be in flames whenever exposed to light bulbes?

Is it more likely a case of optic neuritis?

If more info is needed for you to answer these questions feel free to ask me.

None of your theories are remotely likely. By far the most common would be:  1. needing glasses or correctly prescribed glasses  2. Dry eye.

You need to see an Eye MD ophthalmologist for basic exam.

That is all we can tell you here, we cannot make an exact diagnosis over internet.
