Eye pain and twitching

I am 35 years old and have always had great vision. Recently(over the last 3 months) my eyesight has changed. I find it hard to see small print and far away. I also have had some pretty painful headaches in my eyes where the pulsating of my blood pressure is very painful and makes me want to apply pressure to my eye to make it stop. I also have some eye twitching that has now persisted for over a week in both eyes. It has become noticable to my family members and quite irritating. I can't get into my eye doctor for a few weeks and until then is there any answers or advice you could give me until then?

The eye twitching could just be due to lack of sleep and too much caffeine or other irriation of the eye.  I'm not sure how it relates to your blurred vision and headaches.  My biggest worry is your worsened vision and also  the headaches.  It is extremely important to get it checked out by an ophthalmolgist.  In the meantime try to get more sleep, reduced stimulants and caffeine and stress and maybe the eye twitching will improve while you are waiting for your appointment.
