Eye problems after pinkeye

I had pinkeye a good number of months ago now, and for about a month after my eyelid was still a pretty closed, it got better over time but now the lid is slightly more closed than my other eye. Also, at night when i'm tired, my eye feels really dry and the lid closes a little bit more. My vision gets worse at night where I find myself constantly having to role my eye around to see properly.

It is not unusual for an eye to droop a bit after an eye inflammation and this can last for some time.

Dry eyes are generally worse at night as the tears have had all day to evaporate off the surface of the eye while it is open. It is typical for the vision to blur as well.

Try using some over the counter artificial tears. Preservative free are best and they need to be used often as they quickly drain out the tear drainage system. Start using them at noon, and every two to three hours thereafter.

If you aren't alot better in a month, see an MD ophthalmologist for complete evaluation.
See names listed on aao.org. This would be a medical problem so medical insurance should cover it if you see an eye MD.
