Eye problems in car

I had cataracts removed from both eyes within the last  4 months. I have no problems with my eyes except when I am in the car when they feel like I have a foriegn body in the eye and feel very dry.

Your eyes probably ARE dry. It has nothing to do with your cataract surgery. Do not drive with the vents blowing toward your face. I have the same problem. My eyes dry out immediately if I have the air blowing toward me. It is also aggravated by the dry winter air. Also, frequently we tend to stare down the road thereby decreasing blinking which also aggravates the dryness. Try an ocular lubricant eyedrop also.
