Eye symptoms

My mother is 84 years old and still mentally sharp. She has been experiencing purple clouds in her line of vision. Any idea what this is?

This discussion is related to purple spots.

A unusual symptom. I would get an check by an ophthalmologist to make sure there is not a macular problem.
