Eye watering & Jaw pain related?

Hi,

I currently have a watery left eye that is probably conjunctivitis like symptoms, pain on the right side of my jaw when fully extending and what could maybe be a slightly swollen preauricular lymph node on the same side as the watery eye.

Are my symptoms related or just coincidence?

could be related.  Go see an ophthalmologist and they can confirm.  Some viral infections adn rarely other problems could cause your symptoms.  There is also a chance that the Jaw pain is not related to the other two but do get checked out.
