Eyelash shedding?

Hi, my eye doctor recently told me to start using this SteriLid cleanser. It's been about a month or so and I've started to notice my eyelashes seem to be shedding quite often. Every time I wash my face, use the SteriLid, scratch an itch near my eye or wake up in the morning, several of my eyelashes had come off and stuck to my face. Should I be concerned about this? It's been happening multiple times a day for weeks... I don't want to lose all of them.

Call the "eye doctor" and report your problem.  Often dilute baby shampoo will work also and is easier for some people. Also most people don't need to use sterilid every day.
