Eyelid is acting funny...

I noticed when i looked in the mirror that my left eyelid was not lifted as high as my right one...I don't feel any type of pain, no vision problem nothing just feels normal... but i noticed when i kept my head facing straight, moving only my eye up i feel something sticking inside of my eyelid and then when i force my eye up it feels like a pop then my eyelif is normal again but when I blink i have the same problem all over again. can anybody tell me whats wrong? or suggest what i can do to make my eyelid back to normal? thanks I reallllyyy appreciate it if you can help...

Your description is just a little hard to figure out - but there could be an abnormal  growth or foreign body in the eyelid.  This situation is definitely NOT normal.  I don't know the specifics of your case - but I know you definitely need to see an ophthalmologist right away.  Hopefully, it's just minor abnormality but I really can't tell you any more without knowing  you as a patient.  I wish you well.

Oh okay..what i actually meant by sticking inside my eyelid feels more like my eyelid feels like its glued, when i look up its like i break the glue then when i look straight again it just starts over again. just movin my eyes up i feel a little resistance because of the glue feeling but then eventually my eye bypasses it...do you think i need antibiotics?

I think you need to see an ophthalmologist who can see you in person and figure out your problem.
It's just something that needs to be seen in person.
