Hello, this is tedabell and I would like to know why my left top eyelidEyelid bump Eyelid lift Eyelid twitch is still twitching after about 2 months. I have been to the optometrist and had my eyes examined and he found nothing wrong with them. The optometrist also gave me feedback about this problem which is called myokymia. He also gave me some eye drops called alaway to put in my eyes to stop the twitching and told me if that doesn't work see a neurologist. I am still having twitching which has decreased over time. I would like to know how do I get rid of this or when will it ever go away.
Myokymia is commonCommon cold and almost never serious. If it keeps up for more than a month see an Eye MD ophthalmologist to rule out blepharospasm. FInd one at www.aao.org
