Eyes Dialating

I am not sure if I am posting in the correct forum but I will start here. First off I have been weaning off of the medicine Lexapro for about a month now. I have been totally off of the medication and on Cymbalta for 1 week. I keep getting a feeling of "drifting to one side" when I move my head. The most troublesome of the withdrawl (withdrawal) symptoms (Or so I think it is from the medication) is that I can FEEL my eyes dialating. I asked one of my coworkers to look and he was kind of freaked out because they kept getting bigger and smaller, and so on. This is a visible to the naked eye movement.
Also, I am having a hard time concentrating. Eye hand coordination is kinda off. I used to be able to type 80wpm without mistakes. Now I am having to really concentrate on even typing this.

Should I worry? I have an appointment with my dr on the 27th of this month.

The situation with the pupils getting bigger and smaller is probably a finding called hippus which is very common in younger females and also common with being high strung or having anxiety.  Usually not a problem at all.  Now the blurred vision could be a medication side effect or possibly related to anxiety or finally you may need glasses.  Good luck with your eye exam  and try to make it with a board-certified ophthalmologist.  I wish you well.
