Eyes Jumping/Twitching

So I'm gonna tell you my symptoms:

1. When I move my eyes somewhere, it goes most of the way, then it jumps the rest of the way.

2. When I stare at something my eyes twitch

This is still happening today

This started last night. The reason I think this is happening is because last night I was moving my eyes all the way left and right (I have my reasons).

When I closed my eyes for about 5 minutes the distance of the jump became greater.

When I went to sleep for a while, I woke up and I could only move my eyes in certain spots, and I felt confused, then I went back to normal. I haven't slept since. I'm scared to go back to sleep.

What could be wrong with me?

I'm gonna replace the first symptoms with this:

1. When I move my eyes somewhere to look at something, it takes a second to focus in.
