Eyes at different height

I never had this before 16 I believe and I'm 22 now. I don't take pictures cause I have no need to so I'm not sure how looking at other answers would be useful to take pictures from the last 5 years. But when I do I notice the different heights my eyes are and I'm curious as to what could have caused it and if there's any solution. I don't usually wear glasses, but felt like it makes abundantly clear what I mean.

Help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Glasses can exaggerate or in some cases even causes eyes to appear not in line especially as in your case when they are not level. However our faces are not symmetrical this is well known and people speak of their "good side' for photos.  One eye being higher or lower than the other is called hyper (high) or hypo (low) telorism. It can be causes by trauma, bone problems such as paget's disease, thyroid disease, orbital problems but especially when its been present for many years without other symptoms developing it can be a variant of normal. There is now way to fix this if its a bony facial asymmetry.
