Eyes blurry all the time

I have been to every eye specialist in the past year, including Eye Surgeon, Ophthamologist, and Neurological  specialists.  The only diagnosis is possible blepharitis.  My sight is so bad some days that I can't function at work.  I can describe the symptom being like when your eyes are dialated with drops before an eye exam, except that they are like that most of the time.  I have blurry vision.  Some days I wake up and it is bad and some days it is fine.  I do a lot of computer work and research.  Now I can bearly last an hour or two before giving up.  My eyes are sensitive also to light, and tiredness.  However, I can't imagine any of that being the cause.  I got a sinus infection a year ago while travelling in Europe and think it started then.  Doctor prescribed anti-biotic ointment which seems to help.  Shoud I ask for a course of anti-biotics?  Other medicated drops don't work   I am desperate and can't perform my job since I can't function.  I do have slight seborrhea dermatitis, and psoriasis around my nose and scalp.  Is it possible this has somehow entered my eyes?  Any help appreciated.

I forgot to mention that if your symptoms persist, find an eyeMd who specializes in cornea to treat you as blepharitis is a chronic condition.

Blepharitis is an infection of the eyelid margins and may be associated with skin conditions.  Burning, itching, dryness, foreign body sensation all occur with blepharitis.

The treatment of blepharitis is warm compresses around the eyelid margin followed by scrubbing of your eyelids.  Sometimes, antibiotics ointments or oral antibiotics are recommended. Oral omega 3 oils may also be helpful.

Your symptoms may be worse upon computer use due to infrequent blinking during periods of intense concentration.  Take breaks and look around the room so that blinkinig occurs.
