Eyes seem to focus and then go out of focus

HI, well i have had this problem with my eyes for 3 weeks now, it all started with these new glasses i got that were plastic rims and they accidently put plastic lens in them and usually i used ploycarbonate lens.  Well, anyways my eyes seems to make things focus and unfocus and also objects if i stare at them will seem to move towards me a little bit.  I dont know if this is related but i have had a yeast infection for like 2 months now and ive got some treatment but it still is swollen and red so its still not gone away.  I just wounder if that would be any correlation with my eye problems.  It also makes it hard to stand straight in one place cause i will start to lean left or right or forward or backwards without even trying, and when i walk i lose balance easily cause of my eyes.  I hope someone can help me get some anwsers.  I went to the my optometrist and he said it was  a prescription problem and said one eye changed in level.  I will be getting the new glasses tommorrow so will see if that does the job but not sure if it will here hoping.  But leave a comment on what u think it might be.

I think the glasses issue is between you and the optom.
