Eyesight gets worse over the course of the day

Hello, I'm a male age 22 and I've worn glasses/contacts since I was about 12.  This past week I started having additional vision trouble with my right eye.  When I wake up in the morning, I can see clearly when wearing my glasses but as the day progresses my vision in my right eye becomes blurry, even when wearing my glasses.  The next day I'll wake up and I'll be able to see fine again but it always gets worse as the day goes on.  Is there any reason this would happen? I suspect it may be due to some sort of eye injury, though I don't know what would have caused it or what action I should take to help it get better.

It could be one of many things from dry eye to needing a change in your eyeglass perscription to other potential problems.  Ideally, you should have a full eye exam to see what is going on.  If can't get in for a few days, consider using artificial tears over the counter when the eye gets blurry to see if it clears it up.
