Eyesight

I have noticed that during the day until I sleep in my right eye there is a black dot constantly in the same position. When Ifocus my eyes it stays still and when I look to my left if moves with my right eye obviously. This has been reoccuring for the poast five (5) days, and it lasts all day. It is only my right eye and the position of the black dot remains the same. Can you please give guidence? Thank you.

Please see an ophthalmologist about this.  It sounds like a new vitreous floater but there are other possibilities.  It is important to make sure the retina and vitreous are stable and in good condition.  This can occasionally be the sign of a serious retinal condition so please have it evaluated.
