Far Vision Movement
When I look on something, it seems moving far away. Then I immediately shake my head, and my normal vision goes back. But just a few seconds the symptoms occur again. The object I look at is getting small or far away. What is this problem?

I'm a computer programmer, I spent 7 hours on PC a day. I don't have blurred eyes, I also have history of migraine. But this happens before even I never had migraine. Please help.

I can't tell you what  you have but I can tell you what your need and that is an exam with an ophthalmologist. Find one near you at www.geteyesmart.org

Depending on your age you could be presbyopic, pre-presbyopic, have laternt hyperopia, spasm of accommodation or it could be an organ system other than the eyes.

As I recommended in O the magazine by Ophrah each 10-14 minutes look away from your computer screen, focus on the furthest object you can see (out a window, down the hall) and blink hard 5-6 times. It stretches you focus muscle (ciliary body) plus moisten your cornea.
