Flashing lights in Path myopia

Hello Doc.

I posted many posts here and u always helped me. And make a peace in my head. I writes bout this problem already. Flashing lights in the vision. Firstly u suggest me a rapid retinal specialist visit. I did it and she told me that my retina has no changes. She also did an OCR and confront pictures and she saw that my condition is stable now for 7 years (i am 21 btw). OK. Next u suggest me to go to a neurologist and i did MR and all that tests. And the results are there is nothing wrong.

This flickering is now going on for a year. My vitreous detached like 4 years ago. Those flashes are presen in a low light environments. They are mostly in my periphery vision. Sometimes i feel like if i am calm they disappear and they do, but sometimes i run or i am active and they are not present. And sometimes i am calm and the flashing is very annoying. But it is ALWAYS present in the morning before i woke up...

Few days ago i had my first ocular migraine because i lost my vision for a half of hour,

a) could that flasher be just vitreous with is liquified
b) could be some retinal problem that 2 retinal specialist didn't notice
c) could be low blood circulation or low blood pressure
d) could be a migraine lasting sometimes the whole day
e) any suggestions what could be

My doc knows i am in contact with this site... she told me that any suggestion would be grab and we will focus on it so i will be grateful if u suggest some potential solutions....

The next thing i am i a graphic design industry. I am good at it but recently i started to thing if its good to be in this segment. I am >25D both eyes. The doctor never scared me about my condition. So i got into graphic design school because i really want to do tho in my life. And I am happy. Now i am doing very well. My vision is very good in my opinion. but i am afraid it could get worse.

Some doctor says that path myopia is present for the whole life. And that stops at one point. My stopped 7 years ago when i was 16. Is this possible. The retina scans shows no further degeneration since than. It is possible that one day my myopia will start to raise again or its less likely? Do you have a good feeling about new technologies in the field of deg. myopia? Like Stem Cells, and new drugs, etc....

Thank u very very much.

In some patient the residual flashes remain for years.  Any doctor could miss something. I doubt two retinal specialist missed a tear.

Low blood pressure would also cause dizzyness with eye symptoms.

Relax.
