Floaters & Sparkles

they couldn't find anyother problems except PVD in my both eyes,But i can say for sure that my vision getting worser every week & my floaters increasing a lot...dark webs & clear ones-thousands in each eye.
I can see floaters all the time...& have so much sensitivity with sunlight.

I see so many sparles(looks like worms) when i'm outside in day light.
...it gets worse when i cough or sneeze  & i could see them in dark also at that time(it's like glowing worms dansing )

my opthamologist said it might because of my migraines,but these i can see when i don't have migraines too.
is this any serious condition?
do i  still need to worry about retinal detachment/tears?(my doctor said i paseed that stage)

forgot to tell my migraines increased alot recently(used to be once in 2 months before PVD ...now twice in week)

forgot to mention...from last 10 days i'm having a wired condition going in my right eye...when i wake-up in the morning my right eye seems very blurry & gets redish..after few minuted it gets normal.....
last week i had check-up with opthamologist-he couldn't find anything wrong...
& also some times my eyes hurts a lot - like sparp pain...

Unfortunately we don't have Neuro-opthamologists in our State(Arkansas)
I had check-up with Neurologist last month...he couldn't find anything.
My vision is gettent worse every day.
Does PVD occurs with neurological problems(Migraines...)?
what happens with untreated migraines...any effects on vision or brain?
my migraines are not responding to med...i tried few times,now i'm just taking an Advil & going to bed...
Yesterday i had a big migraine,still i feel some pain now...this time whole my back of head.
usually i have left side Migraines.


i'm very confused now...
am'i getting migraines because of my vision(lots of floaters& shaking vision)?

or i'm having vision problems because of my Migraines?

My doctors couldn't answer my questions:(
