Floaters and possible iih/PTC

So, Ive had headaches and issues for a long time. Constant for three years now.
my newest neuro said I may have ptc or iih.

I have snow vision and huge floaters everyday.
i am 22 years old :( it is worse when in the dark.

he has not confirmed ptc yet, my spinaltap was normal 2 years ago
when taken at the er for the worst pain.

i am so worried. i have read about iih and how peoiple can go blind and worse.
these floaters are very distracting as well.

Both neuros have never seen anything indicating pressure change
when looking at my eye in the office.

also had the puff test thing when getting glasses and she said
my pressure looked fine.

sometimes i also see the vains in my eyes throught the day like from
the inside. it is hard to explain.

Seeing the veins in your eye is normal (entopic phenomena),  very very few patients with idiopathic intracranial hypertension go blind. Most very serious causes of headache get much worse and lead to other serious symptoms or death within 3 years, the fact none have appeared is encouraging.

You will need to deal with the headaches with your physician team. You may need to go to a pain clinic also.

Not sure what type of things would not be detected and still be possible. I have had two mris they were done 6 months apart. Today I kept seing flashing stars and have tingling in my face. Hopefully it's just idiopathic.

MRIs are wonderful tools but they can't diagnose every intracranial problem.  I hope its "just one of those things" also.
