Floaters.

I am familiar with the term floaters.  But I have a couple of questions.
Within the last week I have noticed one snall spot in my vision in my right eye.  It will move with my eye.  This is dark gray, I does not interfere with vision, but I always notice it when I am outside.  I have started to notice it inside too but I think that I am sensitive to it now (I know it is there).  I am a contact lense wearer but it is always there even w/out lenses.  It is really annoying!  Is this a floater?  Should I do anything (ie see a opthamologist?)

It certainly sounds like a floater.  You will likely learn to ignore this but I would recommend you see an ophthalmologist for evaluation.  He/she can rule out any retina problem that may cause a floater.  Most however are benign.
